Created by Channel Philippines Network in 2009 to cater to the need for information dissemination, public service and entertainment for Filipino migrants in the United Kingdom, Pinoy Radio UK is the first ever professional and fully-operational Filipino radio station heard online and on mobile phones in Europe.
It became the official radio station of the Filipino community in the UK, with the Philippine Embassy in London hosting a weekly program to announce relevant information to its migrants. It plays Original Pilipino Music 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and is committed to promoting the music of Filipino singers/ bands worldwide. The broadcast studio is located in the heart of the United Kingdom in London, England.
